PRIVATE INSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
We have Private sessions available by appointment. We ask that new clients who have not participated in Pilates on the reformers, do 2-3 private sessions before joining a class. This is so that one can learn terminology, spring resistance, and move safely and efficiently during a class. There are appointments available with any of our certified instructors, and we also have apprentices that offer privates at a discounted rate while they are still working towards completing their teaching hours for their curriculum

Monthly Membership
Memberships are designed for those who can and want a regular routine. 8 or 12 classes a month doesn't mean you have to do twice a week or three times a week; you can use them however you would like in the course of a month. These offers are to be renewed on a monthly basis by automatic withdrawal from your account.To Obtain these special monthly discounts, know that These classes do not carry over if they are not used within the month. You can end this at any time, we just ask for 7 days notice. You can freeze a month if you will be out of town.
